There is not much to say, except that I am a mother of 3 little boys. I am also a husband to my handsome husband.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I love to workout. I believe a person should exercise daily with a great heart rate monitor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A heart rate monitor can help you know if you are working out not enough, enough, or too much.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you are not in a great heart rate zone, then you not working out hard enough. If you are over your heart rate zone, that is highly dangerous, it could lead you to pass out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That is it for now.
